Mother’s Day Competition Winners

Three lucky Mums received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day when their daughters won the Meadowlane Shopping Centre Mother’s Day Art Competition.

The competition was for school children from Primary 1 ro Primary 3.  Over 30 schools were invited to take part and over 1,ooo children submitted portraits of their deserving Mums.

In the end, three winners were chosen.  Madison McMurray from New Row P.S. was the Primary 1 winner, Joanne O’Hagan from Knocknagin P.S. was the Primary 2 winner and Chloe Holmes from Drumard P.S. was the Primary 3 winner.  Each winning child received £20 of gift vouchers to spend on treating themselves, their Mum’s won a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the schools received money towards school funds also.
